What data we process
- When you send an inquiry through the form on this site: your name, email address and/or phone number, car details, VIN (if you provide it) and the text of your message.
- When you call us or write to us by email: the contact details you provide and the content of your inquiry.
- When you browse the site: the IP address, browser type and time of visit recorded in the server logs.
How we use the data
We use inquiry data only to reply to you and to make an offer. We do this at your request, in order to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Server logs are needed to keep the site secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not send newsletters.
How long we keep it
Inquiries received through the form are kept for no longer than 12 months and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed on our behalf only by the service providers the site cannot work without: the website hosting provider and the email service provider.
Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a cookie that protects against request forgery. They are needed for the form to work and expire after two hours. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent.
The map and other sites
The map on the contact page is provided by Google. It loads only when you press the “Show the map” button. From that moment Google may use its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.
The video on the AutoPublic page is provided by YouTube. It loads only when you press “Watch the video”, and from that moment Google may likewise use its own cookies.
The site links to the AutoPublic shops. They are separate sites with their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to us at merstoja@gmail.com.
If you believe your data is processed improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
